Meat products

A real counter, not a chilled cabinet: everything here is cut to order rather than lifted out of a pre-packed tray. Chicken and turkey from farms two hours from Vilnius, pork and beef from a butcher we have worked with since we opened.

Tell us in the order notes if you want something trimmed, butterflied or minced and the counter will do it before it is packed. Fresh meat is cut the same day it leaves us and travels at 0–4 °C.
