Not-from-concentrate means the juice was never boiled down to a syrup for shipping and rebuilt with water, which is where most of the aroma is lost. Chilled juice pays for that with a fortnight of shelf life instead of a year, so it lives on the dairy shelf and needs the fridge. Shake it — the pulp and the good part settle together.

Not-from-concentrate really is a different drink — it tastes of the oranges they sell loose because it is the same fruit. Pulp left in, which I like.
