Hive & Harvest buys from the same orchards every season instead of chasing the cheapest pallet, which is why the apples taste the same in March as they did in October. Fruit is kept in controlled storage rather than waxed, sold loose by the kilogram, and picked into your order the morning it leaves us.

Berries are handled separately and shipped chilled the same day, because three days is honestly all they have. Nothing is graded to a cosmetic standard — a slightly odd-shaped pear tastes identical.
