Saffron Street Smoky Chipotle Cooking Sauce 300 g
This is a cooking sauce, not a dip: the smoke needs heat to open up, so give it five minutes in the pan with whatever you are cooking rather than spooning it on cold. Half a jar and 600 g of diced chicken feeds four with rice. Roasting the tomatoes before milling is what makes it taste of embers instead of tinned tomato.
