Saffron Street Tomato Passata 700 g
Passata is sieved raw tomato, not a cooked sauce, so it needs twenty minutes in a pan to lose its raw edge — that is why a five-minute sauce tastes thin. Start it in oil with garlic, add the passata, and salt it only at the end once it has reduced. An open bottle keeps five days in the fridge and freezes in an ice-cube tray.

Two ingredients and it tastes of August. Twenty minutes in the pan as they say, and it is better than any jarred sauce I have bought.
Tikri pomidorai, be cukraus ir tirštiklių. Reikia patikėti aprašymu ir tikrai palaukti dvidešimt minučių – penkios neveikia.
Kaina už 700 g labai gera. Šaldymas ledukų formelėse – geriausias patarimas, kokį gavau iš prekės aprašymo.
