Verdant Mill Barista Oat Drink
Splitting in hot coffee is an acidity problem, not a fat problem: the acid in espresso curdles the oat protein. This one is buffered slightly, which is why it holds. Steam it to about 60 °C — oat drink goes thin and papery well before dairy milk does, so the usual 65 °C is already too far. Shake it before pouring; oats settle.

Actually foams and actually does not split in espresso, which most oat drinks fail at. The 60-degree advice is correct — 65 makes it papery.
Putojasi tikrai gerai, kapučinui tinka. Skonis avižinis, ne saldus – man tai pliusas, bet kai kam gali pasirodyti per neutralus.
Short ingredient list and it behaves. Slightly thinner than dairy in porridge, but for coffee it is the best I have used.
Kavai – puiku, bet vienam gerti man per plonas. Kaina taip pat gerokai aukštesnė už pieną.
Nice that it sits with the milk rather than in a separate health corner. Reliable, and I have never had it curdle.
