Homogenising forces the fat globules small enough that cream cannot separate. Skipping it means a plug of cream at the top and, most people find, a fuller taste — and it means you can pour that cream off for a coffee. Keep it at the back of the fridge rather than in the door, where the temperature swings five degrees every time someone opens it.

Non-homogenised milk in a supermarket order is rare. Pouring the cream plug off the top into a coffee is worth the price on its own.
Skonis pilnesnis nei įprasto pieno, tai tikrai jaučiasi. Reikia nepamiršti suplakti, kitaip pirmoji stiklinė būna vien grietinėlė.
Pusės litro pakuotė vienam žmogui – labai patogu, nebereikia išpilti pusės litro. Galiojimas trumpesnis, bet tai logiška.
Lovely milk but the shelf life is short — mine had four days on it when it arrived. Fine if you drink milk daily, awkward if you do not.
Iš vienos pieninės, kas antrą rytą – ir tai matosi. Kavai geriausias pienas, kokį esu ragavusi.
