Casa Lombardi Extra Virgin Olive Oil 500 ml
Olive oil does not improve with age: it is best in the eighteen months after harvest, which is why the year on the bottle matters more than the price. Keep it in a dark cupboard away from the hob — light and heat are what turn it flat and waxy. Use it raw for dressing and finishing; for frying, a cheaper oil does the same job better.

Derliaus metai ant butelio – pagaliau. Pipiriškumas gerklėje tikrai jaučiasi, žolės skonis stiprus. Salotoms nieko geresnio.
Grassy and genuinely peppery, and the harvest year means you know what you are getting. Do not fry with it — they say so and they are right.
Aiškiai geresnis už supermarketo aliejų. Butelis stiklinis ir tamsus, tad laikosi ilgai.
Excellent oil, but 500 ml at this price is a lot if you only use it for dressings. A 250 ml bottle would suit me better.
Šaltuoju būdu spaustas, skonis tikras. Perku kartu su makaronais ir sūriu – itališkas skyrius čia sudėtas protingai.
