Meadowturn Dairy Natural Set Yoghurt 500 g
Set yoghurt is fermented in the tub it ships in, so the curd is never broken and the texture is firm rather than pourable. The clear liquid on top is whey, not spoilage — stir it back in for protein or pour it off for a thicker spoonful. Because there is no sugar and no starch, it also behaves properly in a marinade, where sweetened yoghurt burns.

Set rather than stirred makes a real difference to the texture. Works in a marinade too, which sweetened yoghurt never does.
